Custom Printed Thermal Label Templates
These Canva templates can help you get your design ready for printing. Keep in mind that our templates are completely optional. You can upload files without templates in any format. Within 24 hours, we'll send a free online proof of how your sticker will print. You may request changes to your proof and we will make them at no cost until you are satisfied.
Important note: All designs are printed in black and white. Colored files can be uploaded but will be converted to black and white.

Tips for best Results:
- Designs with solid line-work print best.
- Apply our label color HEX codes to the background layers to view your design on your selected color label.
- Avoid full-bleed images. The final print may not fully cover the label when you provide full-bleed image, due to the lack of a cutting process in thermal printing. It's best to position your pictures in the safe print area.
- Use the 'Print with Canva' feature to view your design on a mock up.
- Make sure to delete the instruction layer and switch the background color to white before exporting.
- Click on the Share button at the top right corner to export when you are set, and save your file in PDF Print format (as shown). If you only have a free account, RGB color profile works well!
