Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. For destinations we have experience shipping to, all costs including shipping, import duties, and applicable taxes have already been factored into your order. However, if your location is outside our usual shipping regions or requires special arrangements, we will reach out to confirm the details with you before dispatching your order. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Estimated Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Asia (HK, JP, SG, KR, PH, TH), European Union, GB, US, CA, AU, CH, NO, NZ, MX, IL: 4–15 business days

For other destinations and remote areas within the above countries, delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Once we have confirmed the estimated delivery timeframe for your order, we will contact you with the details before shipping.

Shipping Rates A shipping fee is charged at checkout to cover postage and handling costs. Product prices are already inclusive of applicable import duties and taxes for your region, so there are no additional hidden charges beyond the shipping fee shown at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders that meet the minimum order value for your region, which will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided for all orders once dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For most destinations, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in your order total — what you pay at checkout is the final amount, with no additional charges upon delivery. For certain destinations where this arrangement is not available, additional charges may apply. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you before shipping to confirm before proceeding.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, which are outside our control.
