Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Items All custom and personalized orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom items under any circumstances.

Ready-Made (Stock) Items

Defective or Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please email us at contact@varikit.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. You are not required to return the item.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons If you wish to return a ready-made item for reasons other than a defect, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact us at contact@varikit.com to initiate a return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note that this right does not apply to custom or personalized orders, which are exempt under EU consumer protection law (Article 16, Consumer Rights Directive). For eligible items, your item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@varikit.com to initiate the process.

Refunds If a refund is approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@varikit.com.
