Custom Orders
Can I upload a custom logo, add my own text, or modify the design?
Yes. You can use our on-page customizer to type your own text or upload a logo directly. Place your order through our Custom Stickers collection.
Can I test a design before placing a full order?
We don't sell sample packs at the moment, but we're happy to include samples from collections you're interested in. Just leave us a note at checkout letting us know which ones you'd like to see.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Absolutely. We specialize in serving small business owners and independent brands. If you are looking to order 10,000 or more pieces, please email us at contact@varikit.com. We would love to discuss the best production method for your needs and work out a solution that fits your volume and budget.
Materials & Print Technology
What is thermal transfer printing? Is it better than home inkjet printing?
Thermal transfer is a physical print process: a heated printhead melts a solid wax or resin ribbon directly onto the paper stock. The ink is heat-fused, not liquid-applied. Result: high-contrast matte or metallic foil finish. The ink does not smear, run, or fade under friction, handling, or transit, unlike home inkjet prints which can smudge when touched.
What surfaces can I stick these labels on?
Approved surfaces: shipping boxes (kraft cardboard), tissue paper, poly mailers, cardboard mailer boxes, kraft gift boxes, paper envelopes.
Not recommended: glass bottles, candle jars, ceramic vessels, essential oil vials, or any surface that gets wet, oily, or hot. These are packaging seals designed to be applied to the outer shipping layer, not directly to the product container itself.
Are these labels waterproof? Can I use them in humid environments or on soap packaging?
No. These are paper-base labels, not waterproof. They are designed for dry unboxing environments: cardboard boxes, tissue paper, poly mailers. The thermal transfer ink is highly smudge-resistant under friction during transit, but the paper base is not water-resistant. Not suitable for soap bars that get splashed, outdoor use, glass containers in humid bathrooms, or any wet surface.
Will these labels survive candle heat? Can I use them on candle packaging?
The thermal transfer ink is heat-fused and will not fade or melt under candle storage temperatures. Apply to: outer shipping boxes, tissue wrap, or poly mailers around candle packaging. Do not apply directly to hot glass jars or metal candle tins. The paper base absorbs heat from direct surface contact. These work on candle packaging, just not directly on the glass.
Minimum Order Quantity
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order quantity is 50 labels for custom orders, and 60 labels per pack for ready-made designs. We cannot produce below these minimums.
We don't sell sample packs, but we're happy to include samples from collections you're interested in. Just leave us a note at checkout.
Can packs be split between designs?
No. Packs cannot be divided between different designs, colorways, or text layouts. Each pack contains one design in one colorway. All orders must be placed in multiples of the minimum quantity per pack.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is supported. Standard dispatch: 1–3 business days before carrier pickup. For most destinations, import duties and taxes are included in your order total. For certain destinations where this arrangement is not available, we will contact you before shipping.
How fast do you ship? I need labels by a specific date.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Factor in carrier transit time after dispatch for your deadline. Need them faster? Email us at contact@varikit.com with your deadline and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available when your order meets the minimum for your region:
- Asia (HK, JP, SG, KR, PH, TH), United Kingdom, New Zealand, Mexico: free on orders over USD $29.90
- United States, Canada, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, UAE: free on orders over USD $39.90
- European Union: free on orders over USD $59.90
- Israel: free on orders over USD $79.90
- All other countries: flat rate shipping applies ($9.99–$14.99 USD depending on order size). No free shipping threshold for these destinations.

Do you offer express shipping?
We do not offer a standard express shipping option at checkout. However, if you need your order urgently, please email us at contact@varikit.com and we will find the fastest available shipping method for you and confirm the cost before you place your order.
What are the dispatch timeline and shipping terms?
Dispatch SLA: 1–3 business days from order confirmation to carrier handoff. Origin: Hong Kong-based company with a printing studio in Shanghai. International shipping is supported. Duties included for most destinations. Orders over 10,000 labels require a 10 business day production window and are not handled via standard checkout.
